The NBA has announced today that Pistons point-guard, Reggie Jackson, has been named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week.
Jackson was great for the Pistons in the previous week. Jackson lead the Pistons to a 4-0 record, in which he posted 27 points per game and 8.8 assists per game.
This is the exact type of player that Stan Van Gundy decided to pay $80 million dollars to this offseason.
Jackson is the 2nd Piston to win the award, as Andre Drummond won the award the first two weeks of the season.
